The Repair Process
What our customers can expect
Our customers are always interested in what we do and how we do it. To further your understanding of the repair process, here is a summary of what our valued customers can expect:
1) We quote the damage to your car
When you arrive for an initial quote on your vehicle, you will be greeted by one of our experienced estimators who will inspect the damage to your vehicle in order to prepare a quote of the damage which we submit to the insurer on your behalf. At that time, we will arrange with you a suitable date and time to return your vehicle to our workshop for repairs to commence.
2) You deliver your car for repairs
When you return to our premises for repairs, you will be greeted by one of our friendly team who will take ownership of your vehicle. We will call you a taxi to your next destination and, if your policy provides, we will assist you in hire car arrangements to minimise the hassle while your vehicle is off the road.
3) We skilfully repair the damage
Once your vehicle enters our secure premises, our team will strip it down and commence repairs. It is around this time that one of our friendly customer service team will contact you with an update on your vehicle completion time.
4) Ta-da! Your car is ready for collection.
Once complete, your vehicle is reassembled and given a final wash, polish and vacuum by our professional detailing service. With your vehicle now restored to pristine condition, we look forward to seeing your reaction as we give you a face to face handover of the vehicle.
